letter finds you in good health. I am writing to you in connection with the discontinuation of the club membership. Currently, I am having an annual membership vide Receipt No 450 and I renewed it a month before. For the purpose of renewal, I had paid an advance amount of Rs. 20,000/- after availing of the discount of Rs. 4,000/- in total. I was using all the amenities provided by the club which benefited me a lot. Gymnasium service helped me to reduce my body weight and enables me to maintain my health.
