Dear Sir or Madam,
I am the coordinator of the Chemistry For Life company. We had a business meeting
last
Friday at your hotel in the main hall. I would like to thank you for the high standard of service your staff provided us on that day.
We actually had a very successful meeting thanks to your convenient environment at the hotel. My colleagues were impressed with the coldness and noise-free hall that allowed us to discuss many crucial matters efficiently. Moreover
, the hospitality of the staff helped us to relax and enjoy our meeting.
However
, I received a few complaints regarding the lunch cuisines. The menu was lack of vegetarian dishes and we had some visitors who do not eat meat. What made it even worse, was the number of spices in the food was over which made it difficult to finish the ordered quantity.
If you allow me to suggest a few solutions to avoid inconvenience in the future.
Ask your chef to apply different levels of spices to suit all people's tastes, and add vegetarian dishes in
the menu. I am sure you do not want to lose your reputation because of simple things.
I hope you will consider my suggestions.
Yours sincerely,

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.
All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
