The pie charts depict the number of

to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after the renovation. It
also
shows the satisfaction levels which are divided into very satisfied, satisfied, dissatisfied, very dissatisfied, and no response during the same two periods. Generally, the redevelopment of the building not only has increased the total guest but
also
escalated their satisfaction level. It is evidenced by the total guest who felt satisfied and very satisfied rose steeply after the refurbishment. At
first
, the total of guests before the refurbishment was only 74.000

. In

period, the satisfaction level was dominated by 40% dissatisfied guests, meanwhile, guests who felt very satisfied and satisfied were only 15% and 30%.

, the remaining of them were very dissatisfied and had no responses. At

grew sharply to 92.000 after the museum was renovated. While, the total of very satisfied
