You were recently helped by an employee at the airport, write to the airport manager. In your letter:- - describe the problem - Talk about how you were helped - Suggest how to reward the employee
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing
this
letter to thank you for the help which I received from one of your employees.
Last
week, I had to go to Islamabad to attend the business meeting of my company so, I booked a flight "PK-777" in the morning. Unfortunately, I got late due to some personal issues and since I was in hurry, I forgot to bring some of my important documents which I must have had with me and left at the airport. As a result
, when I reached Islamabad, I realized that I missed them.
I was too worried about it so, I decided to call the helpline of the airport where I was facilitated by an employee "Mr Ahmed". He talked to me in a decent way, listened to me very carefully and calmly and continuously tried to find a suitable solution to my problem. At last
, he was able to satisfy me that he would deliver my documents at the earliest. Eventually, he somewhat managed to deliver my papers on time without charging any extra cost.
I was too much pleased and inspired by his prompt action and good deed. You are requested to appraise him with some monetary award as he deserves it because if he didn't help me at that time I would not be able to attend the meeting on schedule.
I look forward to your kind support and consideration.
Yours Faithfully,
