Some businesses find that their new employees lack basic interpersonal skills such as cooperative skills. What are the causes behind this? Suggest possible solutions.

Nowadays, the workforce has become a competitive place, in which employees have to master various fundamental
skills
to be successful.
However
, some companies realize that there is adequacy in soft
skills
namely cooperative
skills
in new sources of staff.
This
essay will give the clues for
this
phenomenon and suggest some possible solutions to deal with
this
problem.
To begin
with, the way students are educated and the advancement in technology are the main causes of
this
issue. At school, pupils are only provided with academic lessons without any class teaching interpersonal
skills
. To explicate, they are burdened with their homework and extra classes,
thus
giving them less chance to develop these abilities even if they want to improve soft
skills
themselves.
For example
, when a student has a heavy schedule, he cannot find time for socializing and communicating with his peers as well as family.
Besides
, the technology advancement is

this
tool which worsens their ability to solve problems. Fortunately, there are various effective ways to cope with
this
issue.
Firstly
, the education system should change its way of teaching pupils. Soft
skills
classes ought to be included in the course at all levels of education.
Furthermore
, extracurricular activities need to be conducted regularly to give students opportunities to gain experience and sharpen their interpersonal
skills
.
For instance
, schools can hold sporting events for learners to take part in as playing sports contributes to the improvement of cooperative and self-disciplinary
skills
.
Secondly
, parents need to encourage children to be active and do more activities outside
instead
of sticking to the computer screens. Being dynamic and engaging in social movement, youngsters can master socializing and communicating
skills
. In conclusion,
although
new labourers have a deficiency in social
skills
due to these factors mentioned above, the suggested solutions are believed to be effective in dealing with

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
