Dear Mrs Barrett,
I am writing with regard to your advertisement in the City Times newspaper. Since you are looking for a gardener, I believe I am the right person who could help you with that.
I am a qualified gardener with 2 years of experience, and I specialize in taking care of the kitchen garden, specifically. I would like to mention some of the tasks that I can do apart from the ones that you would mention; they are: plucking ripened vegetables and fruits, watering plants on time and making organic compost.
In general, I love plants and trees, but
moreover
, I am really passionate about taking good care of them. Besides
, I hold a degree in home science, because of which I have an in-depth knowledge of kitchen gardening.
Although
I work with an NGO on weekdays, I can visit your place on Thursday and Saturday evenings, if that suits you. If you have any other time preference
, please let me know, and I can adjust my work schedule Fix the agreement mistake

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.
All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
