You recently took a trip with a taxi company. The driver behaved in an unacceptable way and you had a lot of problems. You complained to the company but no-one has replied to your complaint. Write a letter to the taxi company. In your letter say why you are writing and how you feel explain what happened tell them what you would like them to do.

Dear Manager, I'm writing
this
letter in connection to the recent trip that I took using your cab service from Kirkland Lake to Englehart on 22 nds July 2022. I filed a complaint two days back and did not get any response back from your team. My name is Akila and I'm one of your regular customers from the town. I feel really bad about your driver's behaviour which was uncomfortable for us during our 20 mins drive. The driver started asking personal questions and when we refused to answer he started playing loud music which hurt our ears.
In addition
, the air conditioner was not turned on and we were all sweaty throughout our travel time period, It would be of great help to suspend/ fire him as his behaviour was disturbing to all the passengers.
