You brought mobile phone from wallmart store recently it is no longer working properly write a letter to the manager

Dear sir, I am writing
this
letter to request you about my latest
phone
which I purchase from your store near 'park Avenue'. The
phone
is of 'sony Experia serial number 248584 and the model was X7. I purchased my
phone
from your store on 27 July 2022 and there are some technical glitches in the mobile. My mobile automatically switches off constantly after an hour. And
secondly
when I put my
phone
in charging the notification appears that the cable is not certified and cannot able to change. And
this
glitch appears in the
last
3 to 4 days back. And I am just fed up with the
phone
use. As my
phone
is under warranty so I want a replacement for my
phone
. And please check the product if you replace my product. I am sending a receipt of purchase with
this
letter and a gadget so you can see what is problem with the gadget. I am waiting for a positive response and please do needful help to me. Yours faithfully Narendra Modi.
