you are looking for someone to stay with you and to look after your six-year-old kid. I am Sara Deez came to Australia from Canada to follow a part-time management course and my lectures are only conducted during weekends.
Therefore
, I thought of applying for the job as I have spare time on weekdays.
Also
, I have a little sister who is the same age.
Hence
, I believe that I can easily understand the feelings of your child and it would make us good friends.
Moreover
, I can help with his or her studies as well. For the moment, I am spending my free time travelling and visiting famous places in Australia. Other spare time will be allocated for my studies, and for my hobbies like listening to music and reading books. I would really appreciate it, if you prefer me as the suitable person to stay with your family, please contact me through the below number +6146777998. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Yours faithfully Sara Deez

The Greeting

Depending on the style and aim of the letter, you will need to adapt your greeting.

Always start an informal letter in the ways:

  • Dear + name
  • Hi / Hello + name

‘Dear...’ is more appropriate, so stick with this.

For a formal letter there are two options for the greeting:

  • Use Dear Sir or Madam if you don’t know the name of the person you are writing to.
  • Use Dear + surname if you do know their name, e.g. Dear Mr Smith or Dear Mrs Jones.
