to bring your attention to a bad experience that I had during my last
stay at your hotel.
To begin
with, I arrived at your hotel on the 24th of May and stayed in room 224. At that time, the weather was a little bit unusual, and it was almost 6 degrees Celcius. So, switched on the heater, but it got broke several times.
I had to call room service on numerous occasions, even in the middle of midnight. This
