Dear Sir/Maam,
I am Angel, head manager of a Business Company, I am writing
this
letter to complain about the cuisine that was catered to us when we booked the hotel for an event two days ago.
First
of all, I would like to extend my gratitude on behalf of the company for a job well done, to and your staff on that day. The hospitality of the crew is great, from the receptionist who greeted us kindly, and to the waiters and , the waitress who was always there to tend to our needs and attentive till the end of the event. My boss was also
pleased and impressed, especially with the decorations and arrangement of the place.
However
, I can't say the same for the food. They were not many choices to choose from and most foods served were meat and not many veggies. We also
notice that there's too much oil on the food, so some of the staff don't feel like eating. The desserts were just enough for half of the attendees and water was the only drink provided. I'm suggesting that you replace your chefs in charge of cooking with a more professional and skilful one. If it's hard to find one, then
I suggest re-train your chefs on how to cook for special occasions so the next
time, there won't be a complaint.
I am hoping that you took this
matter seriously.
Yours truly,
