Dear Sir/Maam,
Few complaints have been thrown in your
company
, regarding on the state of the reception
area
and you want suggestions of how can it be improved. I'm writing this
letter to provide an opinion regarding the matter.
First
of all, the complaints are all about the appearance of the reception
area
and it's
cleanliness. The floor is not clean, you can even see footprints here and there. The sofa in the waiting Replace the word
its
area
is also
dusty and not arranged properly. The aircon, sometimes not functioning and you resort to the electric fan which, I might add, is not really helpful in certain events when the weather is too hot.
Taking care of the reception
area
is important for a company
, it is the first
line of defence of how the company
will get treated by their clients. If the clients observe that the place is comfortable and relaxing they will be impressed and will also
think that the company
is of high quality. The first
impression last
and making a good impression on the clients is necessary in order for the company
to grow.
I suggest that you should assign some of the staff in charge of cleaning in the reception
area
. Have them check from time to time if the surroundings are clean and in order. If there are times, the main aircon will not function, make sure there's a replacement in place. Most of all, always greet and smile when talking to a customer, for it will give them a good impression that the staff are nice and friendly, and they will come back for more.
I hope this
feedback will be of help to you,
Yours truly,
