You recently organized an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter -say what the participants liked about the hotel -explain why they were unhappy about the food -Suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future

Dear Hotel Manager, I am writing
this
letter to express my sincere thanks on behalf of my team as we were impressed with provided hotel furniture facilities despite the mind-blowing internal designs and mesmerizing white floor throughout the building.
However
, they are not happy with the lunch including vegan
items
too.
Furthermore
, a few of them went out to have their lunch as they do not want to eat
such
disgusting eateries with half-boiled rice , tasteless
items
, sweets and no proper hygiene at the food place. Undoubtedly, I strongly believe that there should be an opportunity to improve your food quality and make your customers feel happy by providing fresh and tasty
items
on the table. If possible collect their feedback right after their lunch and it would help you to identify what went wrong despite the all efforts made from your end.
Last
but not least try to change the chef if
this
is not going to improve going forward. I look forward to seeing improvements with great food
items
. Thanks, Lakshmi.
