Employers sometimes ask people applying for jobs for personal information, such as their hobbies and interests, and whether they are married or single. Some people say that this information may be relevant and useful. Others disagree. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Some would argue that official calls for personal minutiae when they are approaching jobs has great significance while others say that providing particulars relating to their activity preferences and marital status is irrelevant.
Although

categorical material serves no purpose meant only for written records, I believe that these details help managers in optimum activity allocation. On the one hand, some employees argue that individualistic characteristics should not be mandatory because these minutiae do not fulfil any object. As most of the time questions

as family history and choices are asked in the interviews .

, a survey report of River Valley corporation shows that bio-data questions included in the interview pattern are generally to make job seekers comfortable and that data is needed for various record purposes which are kept confidential.

demonstrates how basic details fulfil a great objective. In conclusion,

casual information has only been treated as official material, I firmly believe that getting data is by far the most proven method for task allocation.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
