Your friend has been offered a place on a course at the university where you studied. He/she would like your advice about finding a place to live.

Dear Nisha, I hope
this
letter of mine finds you in good health.I am extremely happy to hear the good news that you are joining the University of Delhi where I studied one year ago.Since I have lived there, I believe I might help you with some advice about your accommodation there. Let me share my experience.I stayed in an apartment which was barely one kilometre away from the campus. The best option for you to look for a living space is through brokers available in the vicinity of the university. They will be able to help you with all the procedures and
hence
you will have a smooth relocation. One mistake that you should avoid which many students make is that they ignore the amenities of washing clothes.
Therefore
,make sure the house has its own laundry room and you do not have to waste your time and money on the laundry services outside. I wish you all the best in your journey at the university. Yours truly, Poonam Malik
