There are several factors that motivate people to stay in the workforce, and money is the most important reason/factor. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There is no doubt that people stay employed due to many factors. There are a plethora of employees who think that money is the most essential reason to remain in the same job. In my opinion, I completely disagree with

statement, since there are more crucial factors.

and foremost, job satisfaction is considered to be a major contributor to offices' enthusiasm, due to the fact that doing what you love makes your activity easier and more interesting.

, it gives you the feeling of pleasure, which can help to get rid of stress got in the workplace.

, my mother who is a teacher for 25 years, and despite her small income, she is continuing to operate in

happened because she likes to teach children and she doesn't care about the cash. As a consequence, satisfaction plays an essential role in putting more effort into performance.

viewed as a crucial cause to be in the workplace. To clarify, having a friendly colleague and a well boss tremendously boosts an employee's confidence and happiness, because it creates a comfortable place to operate where no one will quarrel.
