As a result of overweight and obesity, there has been a significant concern about individuals’ physical and mental well-being. I believe the primary reasons for this are attributed to excessive working hours and a lack of fitness facilities. In order to address the issue, the government could play a pivotal role in reducing working hours as well as increasing the facilities.

Individuals believe that exercise is important for immune system, while others think that taking a diet is more necessary to stay healthy. In this essay we are going to discuss both views due to the fact that exercise is a key to keep person physically fit and mentally wellbeing and a balanced diet plays a shield role for protecting against diseases. Doubtless, both views are needed for being healthy, however not being a fitness freak I mostly believe the power of the proportional diet.
