Your friend has been offered a place on a course at the university where you studied. He/She would like your advice about finding a place to live. Write an email to your friend. In your email, -describe where you lived when you were a student at the university -recommend the best way for him/her to look for accommodation -warn him/her of mistakes students make when choosing accommodation

Dear Sam, Hope you are doing well and congratulations on your placement at Oxford University. I know how hard you have studied to get a course in tourism. I am writing
this
email to tell you about a few places where you can stay while studying at University. When you will get admission, the institute will provide you with a brochure in which you can choose any kind of accommodation for yourself. I preferred a family house which provided 3 homemade meals with our own washing area.
Furthermore
, you can
also
look in the newspapers for any rental places near Manchester because the above house was quite high in demand.
However
, there are multiple houses which provide the same facilities for 20 pounds a month. If you want an apartment, you can
also
ask the librarian of the institute as she has many strong ties in the city. I would
also
like you to be aware of the scams and frauds that usually happen; the adverts outside the campus write false information to attract students and take advance money and do not provide any services.
Moreover
, before shifting to any place just make sure you inform the university councillor as they can help you in any sort of mishappenings. Hope to see you soon. Your Friend, Hema
