The chart provides information about the worldwide sales of the five highest mobile phone brands. The data compares figures in the years 2009, 2011, and 2013. Overall, it can be noted that Samsung and
Nokia
had the highest total sales throughout the given period. An increasing trend can be seen in Samsung, Apple, and Zte, while
Nokia
and LG showed the opposite. In detail, in 2009, Samsung sold approximately 270 mobile
phones
and increased sharply in 2011 and 2013 to around 325 and 450, respectively. Almost the same trend was recorded for Apple, where it sold roughly 25 mobile
phones
at the start and rose to 150 at the end of the given time period. The ZTE sold 50 in 2009 and a slight increase to approximately 60 mobile
phones
in 2013.
