There has been an increase of stress related illnesses, what could be the causes and offer solutions.

It is a fact that stress has increased tremendously among many, due to hectic work life which may
further
create problems. If one will take good precautions to control
this
routine can get rid of
this
health issue. In upcoming paragraphs, we will discuss the root of
this
problem and how we can control it. The
first
and foremost reason is the lifestyle and habits among people. Many of us nowadays like to spend more time on mobile phones rather than in the real world because of that we are not able to connect with the environment. Let's take an example, according to the statistical data published in the Times of India newspaper, says that ninety-five per cent of the whole generation spend more than 18 hours on their digital gadgets. Another reason for
this
health issue is, their work lifestyle and people are more concerned with materialistic things. there are so many people who are working more than sixteen hours per day only because they choose to buy expensive things for their day-to-day life.
