I am writing

letter on behalf of others to inform you that our community is facing an internet
issue over the past few days. I tried to connect with the customer service desk several times but, unfortunately, no one responded.
First
of all, I would like to thank you for providing the best internet
services but, unfortunately, there is a sudden drop in internet
speed . This
is an intermittent issue that usually occurs at peak times between 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We tried our best to restore the services by performing basic troubleshooting steps but, no luck.
Slow internet
is affecting many people in my area; both students and working professional. Students are unable to take online morning classes due to slow internet
speed while employees fail to join critical client meetings which sometimes is very embarassing for them.
I request you to please look into this
matter on urgent basis as this
. It would appreciate if you could send an Service Engineer on site who can fix this
problem.
