Please kindly help me asses this essay It is widely believed that people's ability to learn new things decreases with age and that companies should actively recruit younger employees who have great potential to learn. To what extent do you agree or disagree.

The Chart given illustrates the changes in four methods of travel in Metropolis over the period from 1985 to 2010. Overall, all types of transport except by private car witnessed an increase during the 25 years, whereas
