In many countries, a small number of people earn extremely high salaries.
Some people believe that this is good for the country, but others think that governments should not allow salaries above a certain level. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Public concern has arisen about whether governments should or shouldn't allow salaries above a certain level. I tend to believe that pay packages should not exceed a certain amount. Convincing arguments can be made that, not allowing pay packages after a certain point would make
people
feel equal. Equal pay would encourage
people
to do all kinds of jobs that are important. Some jobs are looked down on by society and fewer
people
want to get into those careers because of judgment and not enough
money
. A great example is construction workers, they work long hard hours for little
money
and their work is extremely important to us because
people
need all sorts of buildings. To ensure equality, employee remuneration shouldn’t cross a certain point.
However
, an opportunity to earn higher amounts of
money
would give workers motivation to put more effort into their job. Most
people
work for the
money
because not only can it

basic human needs but
also
help
people
enjoy life. That would mean that if
people
knew there was an opportunity to earn more
money
, most would take it.
Also
, higher employee remuneration is beneficial to the country's economy.
People
who earn higher salaries have to pay higher bills, so more
money
would come back to the government. Allowing a big gap in pay packages can give more motivation to workers and benefits to the government. Having considered both perspectives allowing pay gap has advantages like employee motivation and economical advantage, but
also
disadvantages like inequality
