I ordered a glass jar with a lid from the brand called CRYSTAL which cost 199 pounds. My order reference number is TY990SE for more details. Additionally
, I paid 35 pounds for express delivery.
Today,the delivery person dropped the item on my doorstep without informing me. Moreover
, when I found it and while I opened the package of the item, the lid of the glass jar was broken. I am so disappointed with your logistics service. Usually, all delivery people make a call and deliver it directly to the customer and make sure that the product has been given to the right person. On top of that, the item is chipped due to mishandling or poor package.
