You are not satisfied with the changing room in a Sports Centre that you visit. Write a letter to the Sports Centre manager. In your letter Explain the problem Say how you feel about this problem What steps you would like manager to take.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction with the changing
room
in your
Sports
Center. I visited the
Sports
Centre
last
Sunday 4th October 2022 with my daughter as she was having her dance performance. During the break in between her performance, she was required to change her dress and
then
went to changing
room
I found out that there was no mirror and dressing table for them to get ready.
This
made her struggle while getting ready for the
next
dance. Due to
this
she got nervous and missed several steps during dance. I really felt awful that your
Sports
Center is
this
big but still it does not have a proper dressing
room
for the performers.
Hence
, I would like to give several suggestions for upgrading the
room
based on the requirements. There are funds available from the local council and
also
you can conduct grants for the residents for the same. I hope you would consider my suggestions and take steps toward the reconstruction of the changing
room
for your
Sports
Center. Thank you for your time and consideration. Looking forward to your reply soon. Yours sincerely,
Sefali

Structure your letter

A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:

  • A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
  • The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
  • A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)

When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.

All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
