Hello Sir/ Madam, I am writing to express a challenge I encountered during my stay at your hotel. I work with Lufthansa Airlines and our company had a business meeting at your hotel from 25th to 28th September 2022. I lodged in room 2015. During my stay, my air conditioner was not working and the room was very hot.

As a result

of that, I couldn't sleep on the

first

day. I informed the receptionist who was on duty that day and she brought in a repairer to fix the air conditioner but to no avail.

In addition

, the water heater was

also

not working and that

needs fixing.

Moreover

, the rooms were infested with mosquitos, and when I complained to the receptionist, nothing was done to curtail the problem. It is for

reason, I am writing to humbly request that you replace the air conditioner with a new one. The water heater needs fixing immediately as winter is fast approaching and nobody can use the shower during intense winter.

Also
