Many companies have their own dress code to identify themselves in the market. Some

the workplace, but some say workers should have a choice to wear clothing at the company. I will discuss both points and will give my opinion at the end. On the one hand, when
employees
have the same apparel,
then
it divides equality among them.
For example
, some
people
prefer to wear fashionable
clothes
at work , and when other co-workers see them in that style, they start to imitate them and
hence
, they waste their money and time choosing stylish
clothes
. So, if there will be same dress code, workers will have the same level regarding
clothes
and it would save money and time.
On the other hand
, some
people
allege that
people
need to be free to choose their garments for working place. Many companies look after
employees
'
clothes
and appearance rather than their job.
For example
, some employers or colleagues think that if that person is not wearing suitable
clothes
,
then
he or she would not be handle their duties properly because if a person does not concentrate on their own, how can we imagine that they will take care of their responsibilities.
As a result
,
employees
have to choose different styles to wear and it
also
makes them confident. In my opinion,
employees
should be free to wear whatever they want to wear so that they would be up to date in their life. In
this
way, they will have more confidence in society.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
