You recently went on a sightseeing tour which you did not enjoy. Write a letter to the manager of the tour company. In your letter: explain why you chose that particular tour explain what you did not like about the tour suggest two ways in which the tour could be improved
Respected sir/Madam,
Last
weekend I got an opportunity to join one of your tour groups towards Kashmir. I had a recommendation about "thebagbackadventures" from one of my colleagues that's why I decided to choose your company. That was three days trip to Pakistan's most beautiful natural countryside but unfortunately, my visit was not worth enough as I had thought about it. There were many flaws which, I have noticed in your management. They can be handled by putting in some effort. Firstly
, there was not a suitable conveyance for such
a long destination, the seats were not comfortable enough to spend hours while sitting on them as well as there was no hanging in the bus to place some edibles nearby seats. These transformations in vehicles can add some more value to your work. Secondly
, the tour supervisor was not aware of his responsibilities. Furthermore
, he didn't have proper guidance for some important sites that thing destroyed the beauty of those majestic views. Because of him, all the passengers had to wait many times at different places for hours. This
can be sorted out by giving him written instructions and a to-do list before starting the tour and at the ,
end management can evaluate his performance. Remove the comma

Lastly
time management is the key to success it is a universal fact, and your supervisor must have to learn Add a comma
,Lastly
this
thing.
Hope you put a kind glance at my views as they would be favourable for your business.

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.
All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
