They are in quest for newness, high payment, conveniences and facilities. It is considered employers should be mindful of motivational factors to retain staff in the team. In

trend of changing jobs and recommend a company for trying to prevent the trend. People always wish to have better options and they are in search of achieving it. They want to get more salary, make new friends and have new experiences by changing their employment. While working at a place for a long period of time, they would be deprived of many new experiences.
