You were hurt in a small accident in a store last week. Write a letter to the store manager. In your letter: introduce yourself describe what happened say what action you would like the manager to take

Dear Sir, I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred at your supermarket
last
weekend. I would
also
like to give some suggestions so that
such
a thing will not repeat again. My name is John and I have been a loyal customer of your smart at bridge road ever since I moved to
this
area 8 years ago.
Although
your store is slightly
further
from my home than IGA. I always made a round trip because of your quality fresh products and excellent customer service. On
this
occasion,
however
, I suffered an unfortunate accident, I believe, due to the negligence of the shop floor staff. As I was walking to check out my groceries, I slipped on the split water and fell down, spraying my wrist in the process. while I understand the store gets busy sometimes, fall could have been avoided if the staff was quick to act. So
therefore
I would request you to review policies around spillages, and, make sure that staff should stand guard against the split water until it is wiped out. I hope you will take
this
into account in order to avoid
further
mishaps. Yours faithfully John
