I work as a Software Employee and work from home daily for our organisation. I received Laptop from our IT team a few months back, and it was functioning well until yesterday.
This
morning, I tried to log in but couldn't do so.

, I Store an enormous amount of work-related data that I can't afford to lose at any cost. I cannot perform any day-to-day activities. So, I have decided to send my Laptop to the IT team by courier today.
I request you find out what the problem is precisely and resolve it as soon as possible, as it is hampering my daily activities to perform. It would be helpful if you could send an alternate Laptop so I can be on track and not miss any important calls.
