some people think that older employees contribute most to the success of a company .others think that younger people play a more vital role .discuss both views and give your opinion ?

some say that youngsters play an important part in a
company
, while others would argue that seniors are the most successful employers in the corporation.
This
essay will argue that
although
the younger generation can do all the work in the
company
, older generations have enough
experience
to manage difficult situations wisely. On the one hand, the younger generations can do any task productively.
This
is because they are very energetic and enthusiastic to do a given task.
Thus
they just joined the
company
and showed that they could do any work without failure. Apparently, if a person does the job nicely, he can get a good position and perhaps get a promotion too.
For instance
, a study found that in a
company
more than half of the youngsters have done more work compared to the older generation.
However
,
this
essay argues that a lack of
experience
leads to panic whenever a situation goes wrong.
On the other hand
, old
employees
are blessings in many
companies
. they should have enough
experience
to overcome most of the difficulties faced by a
company
. Through
this
company
, the wound is more successful in all aspects of its production.
For example
, in a survey done by a group of management students in 1984, the result showed that the
companies
sustain only because of the experienced employers who are at the back born of the
companies
. For
this
reason, I believe that senior
employees
must be retained in the
companies
for their good future. In conclusion,
although
young
employees
play a pivotal role in a corporation,
this
essay finds that older
employees
are the most profitable person in the
company
due to theiruncompetable
experience
.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
