Show the centre of a small town called Islip as it is now, and plans for its development.

The diagrams show information about the
town

 and its future
development
 plan. What stands out from the maps is that the
town
 of
Islip
 will be turned into a modern
town
 after the
development
. Currently, the
town
 is small and poorly developed. The main
road
 is passed through the middle of the
town
 and shops are built on both sides of that
road
. Park is located at the southeast end of the
town
. In the southwest corner of the
town
, there is a school and the link
road
 connects it with the
town
. At the north end of
Islip
town
 behind the shops, vast land is allocated to the countryside. If we take a look into the future
development
 plans of
Islip
town
then
 more buildings and housing are there.
First
 of all, the main
road
 is knocked out and it is converted to a ring
road
. Almost all the main buildings of the
town
 are inside that ring
road
. The main
road
 is
also
 upgraded to a dual carriageway. At the place of the main
road
, a new pedestrian pathway will be built. At the south end of the pedestrian way, there will be shops and on the west side, a whole new set of buildings will be built that includes a bus station, shopping centre, car park and housing. The school will be in the same place as before but the new housing will be built opposite the school on the other side of the dual carriageway. All and all after
development

town
 of
Islip
 will be the most modern
town
 with state-of-the-art facilities for residents.
