You recently organised an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter • say what the participants liked about the hotel • explain why they were unhappy about the food • suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future

Dear Manager, We have recently completed an all-day meeting of our company in your
hotel
. As you requested, I am submitting
this
feedback form about your
hotel
based on our employees' reviews.
Firstly
, all of our employees have liked your
hotel
a lot, particularly the location where it is situated and its surroundings. Most were impressed with the building's Elevation and the
hotel
's beautiful interiors.
Secondly
, the staff's response, i.e. hospitality throughout the day and the maintenance of swimming pools and indoor games, were exceptional. Parking facilities for our employees along with outsiders were sufficient. Though The
hotel
has
such
facilities, most were very unhappy about the taste of the food and the varieties available.
Finally
, the
hotel
has fantastic facilities along with beautiful surroundings. Still, I request the Manager improve the food taste and provide sufficient varieties in both Veg and Non-Veg to the visitors. Yours Sincerely, Niranjan Reddy K
