You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job. Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter • describe the problem with the equipment • explain how this problem is affecting your work • say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction with a Headphone which I bought from your shop
last
month. I am a regular customer of your shop and have never faced
such
issues. The quality of
this
is poor after only two weeks it was in use, problems started to appear. Sometimes, I cannot hear a voice from the right side of the headphones, while speaking on the confocal using microphone some disturbance can be heard by another person.
Also
, many times people complain my voice is so low to understand the pronunciation. On my
last
monthly confocal, my manager was not able to hear my voice because of the background noise. It was an embarrassing situation in front of the client. During a demo at your shop, you recommended downloading a specific application which cancels the background noise but,
that is
not suitable for the current software installed on the headphone. As you know, I have spent a major part of my savings on it and
that is
huge for me. It would be a good idea to provide an immediate replacement free of charge. I have attached an old invoice copy for your reference and once I receive the new headphone
then
I will return
this
piece for replacement purposes. From
next
week onwards I have regular weekly meetings so, I require to use it every day. I hope
this
matter will resolve before the end of
this
week. I would highly appreciate your quick action. Yours faithfully, Prajakta Udhav
