The following two maps compare current and forthcoming development plans for the West Highway space of a town called Springsby. Briefly, it is planned to develop the western road field of the city in the planned, preserving the already existing developed areas which are the Housing estate and the school. The space designated for the park will be reduced by establishing a parking field there. A bus station will be created next to the school. The biggest change is the creation of two shopping centre buildings, on both sides of "Western Road".
