You recently bought a piece of equipment for your kitchen but it did not work. You phoned the shop but no action was taken. Write a letter to the shop manager. In your letter ● describe the problem with the equipment ● explain what happened when you phoned the shop ● say what you would like the manager to do.
Dear sir,
I am writing
this
letter to complain about a product which I bought from your shop is the fridge
for kitchen use.However
,It is not working properly.I call the shop number to report the complication but they did not reply.
This
fridge
does not work well is upper parts called the d-fridge
work well but the lower parts are not cool well.I put my food and vegetables but after two days all my food make a smell because of a lack of coolness.
When I found a defect in this
product I call the sales department immediately, but they did not receive the call and didn't reply after that. Moreover
,I call three-time on the same day as the last
call they received and I am telling all about my issue then
they promise to solve the complication otherwise
they replace another fridge
but it is more than five days since they did not solve my issue.
I would like to exchange this
fridge
because of the problem to use and I have a guarantee card as well received at the time of purchase. If we're you able to replace this
,you will send me the new one.Otherwise
, you refund me my money I will buy from the other store.
I look forward to your swift response.
your faithfully,
