Dear
Mr.
Smith,
I am writing to communicate some details about shop development and events, that if you want, we can modify through time, begin when you decide.
From my perspective, the schedule in Caribean Flowers is not enough for the audience, because I received some feedback in the few days about the earlier shop close, certainly, the people end their work at 6:00 pm and, Change the punctuation
Mr
actually
we end the service at 5:00 pm, Add a comma
,actually
consequently
, many constituencies can not get before the closing date, I suggest extending the work time at least 7:00 pm then
We can offer more possibilities to the public.
In terms of productivity, I am sure the changes are improving your income and growing the current clients, ensuring our sales and making some good general advertising in the neighborhood.
In summary, the open and close time that I want to implement is:
1. Week Days - Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
2. Weekends - Saturday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Sunday 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
As far I can tell, that schedule is the best way to attend to most clients and give them all the excellent service whatever we offer.
Yours sincerely,

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.
All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
