Write a letter to friend to inform them of a celebration you are having for a recent job promotion. Include information about The promotion The celebration Their accomodation
Dear John,
How are you? I hope my letter finds you in good health. It's been ages since we had a party together.
Do you remember
last
we when met I told you about my chances of getting promoted to the post of senior administrator by the end of this
year? So here it is. I'm writing this
letter to let you know about a party I'm holding at my house in California to celebrate my promotion.
I have invited all our school and college friends that I could get my hands on. But only special friends like you are invited with their entire family. So, do bring your wife and children. My family will hold their company. I've arranged the caterers and decided on the theme for the party. Hopefully, everything will be perfect.
Once you come here, you do not need to worry about the accommodation. Everything is on me. For friends who arrive with their families, I have booked a few rooms in a motel close to my place. The other day, I will also
show you places around.
I cannot wait to meet you all.
See you all.
