Nowadays, few peoples believe that staying in

is much more beneficial while others argue that changing

frequently is much mo rewarding for them.

hand, people tend to stay in

for a long period of time due to the fact that they always think about the benefits that the company will give them in a long run. It is due to the fact that the longer you stay the better retirement plan you can get. For ,example if you are working as a government employee you will get a lifetime pension every month.
