✨ Do you want to improve your IELTS writing?
Nowadays, the number of visitors to places with strict conditions
such
as the Sahara
Desert
and Antarctica is increasing. There are numerous advantages and disadvantages to the reason for the raising figure of visitors which will be discussed in the following paragraphs. As far as I am concerned the drawbacks outweigh the benefits. On the one hand, the person who wants to visit places that have strict conditions and live there even for a few days wants a lot of equipment and needs lots of experience in many aspects.
For instance
, an individual decides to have a trip to the Sahara
Desert
, while he is an amateur and
also
has no experience of how he can be alive there and not be attacked by the wild animals of the
desert
like snakes or rats. For these kinds of people, the government as well as some entertainment agencies should hold some classes to teach them the way to survive and the method of using some necessary tools in deserts and other hard-living areas.
In addition
, there was a Korean resident who had gone to the Sahara
Desert
and was poisoned by a poisoned snake while he was sleeping during the night and had no surveillance over his body.
On the other hand
, these difficult-condition locations are full of fun and amazing for some individuals who are experienced.
For example
, research illustrates that the professional folks who go to these areas with or without tours, have so many breakthroughs and can handle their work more easily.
Moreover
, they can use their survival experiments their whole life,
for example
whenever they are stuck in mountain hills due to their unworkable car, or even on trips with their family. According to what has already been discussed there are many pros and cons to see the hard situation positions while the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
