Dear Mr Walia, I am one of the employees working in your organisation for the past 8 years. I am writing
this
letter to inform you that I have decided to leave the company as my husband has got a transfer and we need to relocate to Mumbai soon. It is my husband's dream job and he was waiting all his life to do
this
. So, we have decided to settle in a new city along with our family.
Therefore
, it is not possible for me to continue with the current position as we are shifting
next
month. I am
also
keen to tell you that I have decided to be a part of an NGO where I will work full-time. I always dreamt of working for a noble cause. As we are planning to settle permanently over there, I didn't want to miss the opportunity and I already sent my application to "Sukanya Orphanage" - a famous NGO in Mumbai to enrol myself. Yours faithfully, Divya

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
