The method of rote learning through repetition referred to as rote learning, is widely utilized in various educational systems. Besides, frequent learning truly assists in remembering the information, however, it does not play a big role in education. Since it provides superficial memoization but not the ultimate remembrance. I think that the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.

Arts are a window to reflect the heritage and prosperity of people in that country. However, there is an ongoing contention regarding the allocation of the government budget to the arts. While some conceive that investing in arts is in vain, I strongly believe that the result of the investment will be worth it.

On the other hand, the only use left to consider as a point for doing science would be war and hurting other human kinds, so I suggest staying with the former and emphasising its benefits rather than the latter.
