 ,I will be explaining the drawbacks of being self-employed and their impact. It is commonly understood that when we are owning our own business, we can effort in our said time and there is no hard and fast rule for being at our office. For, instance we can adjust our day according to our appointments personally or officially.
This
 will
also
 make people's performance harder and
also
 provide dedication towards our struggle.
Although
 it has its advantages, it has its own flaws. When we are self-employed, we have to be more careful in selecting our clients as the entire responsibility lies on our shoulders. For example, during the Covid , a period many businesses are shut because of a lack of enquiries. In
this
 scenario, it would be a great risk to run the trade without the money. When we trial for other entities we are less bound to the company and the risk is negligible. To sum ,up owning a business always require additional care and we should be more vigilant about the way the industry is done as it involves money, manpower and reputation. We can conclude that being employed under one's organization is much safer compared to owning our own field.
