Dear John Marsh I am Tim may. I am writing

letter to complain about my

laptop

which I purchased from your shop

last

month. As you told me that the

will be compatible with

conferencing websites and software like skype and zoom .I am facing lots of issues with regard to

conferencing on zoom /skype. As I am not able to do

calls on zoom /skype . whenever I tried to switch on zoom

laptop

gets shut down or get hanged. As it impacts my office work severely . I am not able to work properly in office timings as I have to attend

calls and sometimes I have to interviews of candidates where I need to switch on the camera. I am requesting to please have a look at my

laptop

and fix the issue of

calling once and for all.If that's not possible

please try to arrange a replacement of the

at the same price as early as possible . I have a warranty card for
