I am Tim may. I am writing
this
letter to complain about my laptop
which I purchased from your shop last
month. As you told me that the laptop
will be compatible with video
conferencing websites and software like skype and zoom .I am facing lots of issues with regard to video
conferencing on zoom /skype.
As I am not able to do video
calls on zoom /skype . whenever I tried to switch on zoom video
laptop
gets shut down or get hanged. As it impacts my office work severely . I am not able to work properly in office timings as I have to attend video
calls and sometimes I have to interviews of candidates where I need to switch on the camera.
I am requesting to please have a look at my laptop
and fix the issue of video
calling once and for all.If that's not possible then
please try to arrange a replacement of the laptop
at the same price as early as possible . I have a warranty card for this
laptop
so if you need more details about the warranty please let me know as early as possible.
