The leaders of most organizations tend to be older people. However, some argue that younger people make better bosses. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

To begin
with, there is no doubt that the backbone of an organisation is their leaders. Many
people
are of the view that older
people
are occupying the majority of higher positions. Meanwhile, a fair share of the population believes that younger
people
can make a major difference as bosses. I fully agree with
this
statement. To support my viewpoint,
this
essay will discuss the merits of hiring millennials for leadership roles.
Firstly
, if we compare the two generations, it is the youngsters who have a fresh perspective. They are not resistant to change and are willing to experiment with new technologies. Since so many innovations are taking place in today's world, it is important to hire someone who is skilled with new resources. To illustrate, humans who graduated after the year 2010 are more likely to have better social and technical skills. With the rapid use of mobile phones and electronic devices,
this
generation is grown up picking computer skills.
This
helps immensely in any corporate organisation.
Additionally
, the young strata of society have a go-getter mindset. They participate actively in building a network and improving social relationships. Whereas
people
in their 50s are more likely to be lazy and stuck on the same old ideas. For an instance, The new work policy of 2022 stated by 2030, the employees sitting at the top level are going to be in their 30s.
This
is going to bring a major change in how things will happen in the companies. There will be fewer delays and more transparency. The diversity will
also
help in more different ideas. To sum it up, there is no
second
thought about how old
people
are dominating the workforce. But with time it is mandatory to introduce
people
with higher and better skills. It is best to adjust to the growing economy.
