Without a banking system, the way we profit from capital would not work. They allow people to save money, borrow money and pay for things with ease and security.

“Prevention is better than cure” Out of a country’s health budget, a large proportion should be diverted from treatment to spending on health education and prevention measures. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
In the contemporary world, the controversy surrounding the importance of focusing on public health has become a prominent topic. As can be seen, the proportion of people who have health problems is increasing. Therefore, more and more money is being spent to cure them. Personally, I adhere to the opinion that the majority of the country's budget should be spent on well-being education and preventative measures instead of treatment.

Some people believe that there should be fixed punishment for each type of crime. Others, however, argue that the circumstances of an individual crime, and the motivation for committing , should always be taken into account when deciding on the Punishment. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
While some people advocate that a predetermined standardized penalty should exist for every crime, others support the idea that the final judgment should take into consideration the specific reasons for committing the crime. From my perspective, I favour the latter view and believe flexible punishment can better help people.

Personally, I partially disagree that many authorities have to pay the wages of this point. The supporting reasons will be discussed throughout this essay.
