Many parents think they should be friends with their children on social networks. To what extent do you agree?

Some
parents
think that they should follow their
children
on social networks. I partially disagree that
parents
chase their
children
in cyberspace,
however
, I have some reservations. My reasons will be illuminated in
this
essay.
First
and foremost, the
children
think that their privacy is invaded by their
parents
.
Parents
should accept the fact that everything is changed in
this
modern and digital world and should take into account that cyberspace is exactly like a real room for
children
. They like to share some comments and pictures which they are reluctant to show their
parents
. In one word the
parents
need more space.
secondly
, feeling to being free improves the
children
's social skills. With the advent of smartphones and other grossing technologies, the type of making

connection with other people completely has been altered,
consequently
, most of the friendship which plays a good role in socializing or in being more creative for
children
are made through the internet,
Moreover
, the minors like to have a sense of freedom and flexibility among the other peers. So, the
parents
' interference in the
children
's life makes them inept at social skills and prevents them from self-development. despite all the above, it can not be denied the cyber threats and their detrimental effects. The internet is an unlimited world in which everyone can put bad or unethical content. Since
children
are very curious to discover everything that they have seen and
also
they can not very well distinguish right or wrong, Following bad content
such
as criminal and sexual have an adverse impact on the future of the
children
and society. To sum up,
although
social media has its demerits, I think that the benefits of that are preferable.
