I am writing

letter to provide feedback on the QuietComfort 35 II headphones
that I purchased from you last
week. I am having a problem while using it and would like your attention to this
matter.
I have been using this
model for my work and recently, it started to produce a lot of background noise while I am using it. I have tried to use the headphones
for several other purposes, listening to music or using active noise cancellation for example
, and it works well. But when it comes to operating the microphone, I am receiving background noise. Since these headphones
are not working quite as expected, I am getting so much distraction while continuing to attend regular work meetings and taking calls from home.
As the purchase of headphones
is covered under the warranty provided by your shop, I would like to request you to proceed with either providing me with a replacement for this
model or fixing the technical problem with it within a couple of days.
I hope you understand the severity and urgency of the problem that I am facing and consider taking quick action.
