I tried to phone your customer service to report the issue. Someone picked up the call and said that he will send a technician to my house. However
, nobody came to my house to repair it until now. It seems like nobody cares about my problem. That is

and expecting you to take serious action.
It would be great if you can replace my faulty microwave since it has a valid warranty or send someone to repair it as soon as possible.
