, I bought a microwave on 10th December 2022 at your store, when I used it for the

time it ran and suddenly stopped after a few minutes, and it cannot be turned on again. I tried many times but the results were the same. I am not sure what was the cause. I tried to phone your customer service to report the issue. Someone picked up the call and said that he will send a technician to my house.
However
, nobody came to my house to repair it until now. It seems like nobody cares about my problem.
That is
why I am writing
